Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. We build it, manage it, and fix it. You just use it. There's nothing to learn, no software to maintain, and no settings to configure. If something's not working, you call us.

Will this work for a one-person operation?

Yes — it's specifically designed for owner-operators who don't have admin staff. In fact, that's the most common use case. These systems replace the admin work you'd otherwise have to do yourself, or pay someone else to do.

What if a customer asks something the AI can't answer?

It escalates to you immediately via SMS or call. The system handles the routine questions — service area, pricing ranges, availability — and anything it can't answer gets flagged to you straight away. Nothing falls through the cracks.

How long does setup take?
