Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. We build it, manage it, and fix it. You just use it. There's nothing to learn, no software to maintain, and no settings to configure. If something's not working, you call us.
Will this work for a one-person operation?
Yes — it's specifically designed for owner-operators who don't have admin staff. In fact, that's the most common use case. These systems replace the admin work you'd otherwise have to do yourself, or pay someone else to do.
What if a customer asks something the AI can't answer?
It escalates to you immediately via SMS or call. The system handles the routine questions — service area, pricing ranges, availability — and anything it can't answer gets flagged to you straight away. Nothing falls through the cracks.
How long does setup take?
Most systems are live within two weeks of onboarding. We handle all the setup, testing, and connections. You don't need to do anything except confirm a few details about your business.

How much does it cost?

What trade tools does it work with?
We build around what you're already using — Tradify, Fergus, Xero, ServiceM8, Google Business Profile, and most common NZ trade tools. We don't ask you to change your setup.
Will the AI answer my phone calls?
It depends on the system. The missed call reactivation system sends an automatic SMS when a call goes unanswered — it doesn't intercept live calls. Voice AI for live calls is available but most trade businesses start with SMS-based automation first. We scope it to your preference.
Can I start with just one system?
